- Policy : Samples of all our products are available for our customers or agencies granting approval/accreditation. For others, generally, we request for details of application, the purpose and method of testing mainly to ensure that the company/agency asking for sample does not waste their valuable time and resources for wrong reasons. Hence our sample is generally accompanied by our own specifications, values and standard method of testing.

Yes, we guarantee product specification.
Delivery : Since samples are readily available , delivery is arranged immediately after receipt of relevant documents from company/agency. We arrange sample within a day, week or month depending upon making the above mentioned documents made available by the customers/agency.
Guarantee: We guarantee our specifications based on the methods adopted by us which are generally international or national standards. However we are not in a position to guarantee the operation of the unit since we have no control on design, operation or use of product at the customer premises. |
